CUSTOM INJECTION MOLDING

X-Plor presently has 9 molding machines from 28 ton 1½ oz. to 250 ton 32 oz. in a 9000 sq. ft. facility. The following is a brief description of our manufacturing capabilities:

MATERIAL TYPES: General purpose and engineering grades. Styrene, K-Resin, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Eva, Acrylic, Rigid vinyl, Flexible vinyl, ABS, Polyurethane, Polycarbonate, TPR (thermoplastic rubber), Acetal, Nylon fire retardant, Glass filled and mineral filled materials.

SUPPORT EQUIPMENT: Portable mold chillers, Hot fluid mold circulators, Hot runner mold controllers, Desicant dryers, Hydraulic core pull and Unscrewing.

SECONDARY OPERATION: Minor post machining and assembly.
